Tobias is a poet and writer of graphic novels living on a wild and wind kissed face of West Dartmoor, England. More than that he is a father, learning to hold the sacred space required for young humans to flourish.
When he’s not stomping his poems into the moorland around the off-grid smallholding he tends with his wife and two sons, he is journeying some mythic place, seeking the deep knowing that brings his writing alive. Or perhaps chiselling away in his workshop, searching some piece of wood for a hidden face within.
With a background in psychoanalysis and the psychosocial, Tobias has worked with healers and creatives from across many traditions and disciplines to develop an approach to co-creation rooted in the unseen worlds in which our culture germinates. This drive for self-care and discovery grounds all that he does in the ever-shifting pursuit of unconditional love.
In 2022, Tobias and his wife Lily set up Tended Hearth to bring together creatives across disciplines to make works that nourish the soul and speak to the heart.
